Petition by Aqa Buzurg Kharraz [the shoe seller], son of Karbalayi Mahmud Kharraz, to Hujjat al-Islam Aqa Sayyid ‘Ali, requesting to call the witnesses to testify that Aqa Buzurg's wife (daughter of Haji Mirza Baba) possessed his belongings listed in the document, which she denies. On the margin, names of the witness women are listed as: Khanum ‘Ismat (wife of Mirza Muhammad Baqir), Rubab Sultan (daughter of Muhammad Ibrahim from Shiraz), Khanum ‘Azra, and Khanum Hufi (wife of Mirza Muhammad Ja‘far Khan). Hujjat al-Islam's response is on the margin as well.

Marriage contract of Sughra Baygum, daughter of Sayyid Murtaza, and Karbalayi Ghulam Riza, son of the late Darvish Husayn resident of Qumshah village. The mahr includes thirty-seven tumans and the price of: goldware, copperware, clothes, rugs, bedding, and one-twelfth of a building in Qumshah village. The will of Shaykh Zayn al-ʻAbidin, the Prayer Imam, assigning his underage son, Shaykh Mahmud, as the executor of his will. Since Shaykh Mahmud is underage, his nephews, Shaykh Husayn and Mirza Baqir, should intervene in the affairs until he grows up. The will includes Shaykh Zayn al-ʻAbidin's debts, and the designation of one-third of his properties to pay to someone to fast and pray on his behalf and on behalf of some of his family members.
